Easy setup, using the same board used in our floor application,
simply slide the unit over the top of the footboard, apply the easy locking system, (also patent pending) and with one twist the unit is locked in place, until the caretaker, or user wants to remove it. with the option to leave it in place for everyday use, still easily make the bed, and change sheets, as it sits above the mattress, in time you could slowly increase the resistance band strength. your body will feel the difference, in just a few workouts.

I was not only able to Pole Vault again, but I won 1st place at the (Badger StateGamess) in 2023 1st place in the High Jump, and 4th in the Disk throw, earning 25 team points single-handil capturing 1st Place, out of 7 other teams in my division. I also Placed 2nd at the Milwaukee Senior Games, I then was invited to, and participated in, ''The River Vault'' in LaCrosse WI, right on the Mississippi River.
UPDATE: 2024 return to the Badger State Games
1st place Pole Vault. High Jump, Long Jump, 2nd place in the Disk throw, Earning enough Team Points to Win My Division. Again! Thank you, Fulcrum Abb Racs!
